Dear Tony,
I wish to thank you for the assistance you provided to us in organizing the York Symphony Auxiliary’s event at Harp & Fiddle. It was a highly successful event and I think a lot of it was due to the number of people. There were several comments about how cozy and comfortable the room was and that it was great that everyone could view the entertainment easily, meaning, in my opinion, that it wasn’t over crowded. I was especially happy because I didn’t hear one negative comment!
Thank you, too, for all of the wonderful silent auction items you provided. It was the final touch! All the items were first class and exceeded my expectations.
Please pass on our thanks to Melissa and the wait staff. The staff was pleasant, professional and efficient. Melissa was a delight to work with and I was sorry to hear that she will be moving on.

Hello Patricia. I just wanted to say it was a pleasure to finally meet you and again thank you for your efforts. The Ghost Tour evening out with my group from church was a great success. Good food and good company in a comfortable place – the H&F. I have been asked to share that whoever was on bar that night made a “mean” Ultra Violet Martini. We really had a great time. Also the staff meeting that H&F hosted in The Abbey was also a great event. Claire took good care of us and it was appreciated. Too often you probably hear when things don’t go well. I thought I’d share that things did go well.

Thank you so much for making the Abbey available yesterday to the guests of Robin Spielberg. I think it was a wonderful event. Some folks just stopped in for a drink and didn’t stay for dinner, but the room was definitely full. I appreciate the accommodations and the helpfulness of Damian and the staff in making it a great afternoon. Amy and Claire were delightful. The food was delicious. I ventured out from my usual Shepard’s Pie and enjoyed the lobster ravioli. My husband had the mixed grill and both were excellent. I also tasted the fish and chips which were light and fluffy – yum. I look forward to booking parties with you in the future! Thanks again!
